If you cut and mold your insoles in-house, whether you are making low or high heels; dress, casual, work or western; sandals or closed footwear; cement or welt construction we have the materials and the experience to meet your requirements.

From a simple tuck and forepart insole strip to a more complex insole strip with a tuck, flexible forepart, firm toe piece and multiple layers of cushioning with or without a sockliner, Lyn-Flex West can design and produce the insole strips you require. We will tailor the overall dimension (toe to heel) to accommodate your die sets to give you the best possible cutting yields and reduce your production costs.

All insole strips are 44" in length and will give an average yield of 5 1/2 to 6 pair per single strip and 8 1/2  to 9 pair per dual strip.
